The library was established in 1997. Mr. John Bertetti donated the building to the City of Benld in honor of his brother Frank.
More Than Books
The library is more than books. We offer adult and children's programs. Large Print books, WIFI, desk top and lap top computers.
Library Cards
Benld residents can obtain a library card at no cost. Please bring in a current I.D. and mail that has your name and address. We accept all public library cards issued in the State of Illinois. Non-Residents cards can be purchased for $35.00 per year for your family.
